Yeah, I freaking light into my cousin on the regular for being a dumbass with his car hoping he will listen before he's in one of these videos. I wouldn't have bought a teenager his car (Mustang) but he's spoiled and I wasn't asked. That thing is a death trap.

So first, don't drive like that on the road. Someone with his resources can afford all the track time he wants. There is no shortage of opportunity for rich guys with an actual passion for racing to do it. Second, if you are going to be a dumbass, know the damn road first. A champion racing driver wouldn't blindly do something like that on any road, because I'm guessing from the name "Angeles Crest" in the video there is a crest there. Which will kill you. As will a pothole, an oil slick, etc. Tracks are monitored for these things roads not necessarily.

I mean I don't wish the guy dead, but he was being a dumbass. These people are the ones that get cops all over these roads, speed limits lowered, and now the car people that don't care about showing off have to putter along at 35mph when the road could conservatively handle 55 because some idiot killed himself doing 100.
