I spent a long time collating real documents on official DEI records provided by businesses as part of shareholder transparency and compliance. It's nearly all pro-female, and all the top DEI organizations have close to or fully female boards, regardless of race. I did tons of research and built up enough evidence to help people file real cases, but the whole movement against it was hijacked by women and their allies who made everything about race.
I still don't know what to do with it all. The left won't want it and the right doesn't want it.
They only started giving women preferential treatment in the job market as a way to excuse reduction of wages across the board and to continue to drive a wedge be men and women, as well as to destroy all work/life balance.
Two miserable parents working twice as hard for half the money while their kids are raised by the state and popular culture is a huge reason why society is so fucked and atomized right now. Not to mention they get to fill hr departments with suicidally empathetic women who can fire men at the first sign of wrongthink and replace them with jeets.
