it is important to note that marijuana is simply moved from schedule 1 to schedule 3. marijuana is still federally illegal. if you're in a state that requires background checks for firearms, it is still illegal to be "a user of" marijuana products when buying firearms.
Federally illegal unless you have a legit prescription. Like how tons of Americans have prescriptions for adderall or opioids, both of which are schedule two drugs, and haven't lost their right to bear arms. This also means that dispensaries handing out joints are going to start being replaced by pharmacies and THC pills.
