So is Nazism, that copied the natalist policy verbatim. So is the Romanian regime of Ceausescu that was violently overthrown in a rebuke of natalism.
Why are you asking me? Am I in charge of anything? If it was up to me, I'd ban the breeding cult ideologies of Islam and LDS.
Because he stole from single men's taxed work to give it to women and families. It was a very deliberate middle finger to those who "shirk their responsibility" as natalists say.

The funny thing is, natalism actually was a problem in Romania, in part thanks to policies that you support like banning abortion.
