Office now has 15+ people in it. Speech writers, "researchers" public relations people & etc. Not for the department, that's huge! This is just for the chief!

A guy worked in a youth detention center for nearly 40 years. When he started there were 120 youths & 80 staff. When he retired (in the 2010s) there were 80 youths and 200 staff.
