Where is the study?
There's definitely been research by Lego on this (Boys want to build exteriors, Girls want to build inside structures)
Have a look at lego sets, the Girls lego is essentially spartan rooms filled with things, while Boys sets are spartan rooms with things outside.
It’s almost like someone at Lego said “let’s just make Lego Barbie’s”. And ‘lo it worked!
