Leaving aside the fact the fan blades point in random directions, have random lengths and cast irregular shadows, the 'dividing wall' makes no sense. It's a 2 foot long 1 inch thick wall which separates a chest of drawers from empty space. On the right, the corner beyond the bathroom doorframe doesn't reach from the ceiling to the ground. The whole thing looks like garbage.
Hahaha You say it doesn't make sense as I have one right here in my dining room. Sometimes it doesn't make sense from an architectural layout, but it could be loadbearing and/or appliances are running through there (pipes, electrical, gas). And lots of places were built in the 60's so they've been heavily modified since original construction. I'd laugh if you were saying it isn't realistic and the author just drew his actual house hahaha.
Second panel looks AI gen. Wtf is that ceiling fan(??) and room layout?
