Why even bother prosecuting him? Trump will just pardon him again. This entire song and dance is a complete waste of everyone's time and money. The government should just drop the act and admit that criminal penalties only apply to white citizens.

Then we can all finally stop pretending that our farce of a justice system is even about justice at all. It's a weapon to wield against their political opponents and nothing more. And we are the opponents of both parties.
