They keep pointing out that the actions of a few are reflecting badly on the community at large as if it's only a problem with a handful of unscrupulous individuals acting independently. Well, no shit.

These funds only passed through the few individuals in charge and were still picked clean by fraud. If they could all take a piece, they would. If they're sending their best to office and it's still corrupt, the whole community is shit. The ones being called innocent simply haven't had a turn yet.
