I ended up turning mine off a few weeks ago after seeing some other users had blank profiles. I think they rolled it out with A/B testing because I tried a couple months back but didn't have access.

Via Old Reddit it was Preferences>Safety & Privacy Options>Profile>Content & Activity> Hide All
