Nintendo is NEVER getting a cent from me because of what they are doing to try and sue competition into bankrupcy. ( retroactively filling patents for GAME MECHANICS THEY DID NOT INVENT and editing the patents mid-lawsuit to destroy Palworld ).
I either don't play their games, or emulate them. Many ROMhacks are better than the originals.
This isn't going to result in lower prices.
Nintendo spends figurative pennies as its Pokemon games budget but still sells them ''full AAA price'' + DLCs.
Pokemon Legends Z-A sold for $60 / $70 + $30 day1 DLC. They spent only 13m developping it ( and it shows ).
Expect the same greed from big movie studios.
