Think about how bad the systemic discrimination is against Whites in general. It’s everywhere, not just in academia, it’s rampant in all American institutions, and I’m sure it’s no different any where else in the west. Back in 2021 the S&P 100 added more than 300,000 jobs - only 6% of those jobs went to White people, guaranteed a majority of that 6% was White women and J’ws.. If merit and competence became the main deciding factors for employment, for college admissions, for research and development roles, corporate leadership, etc, you’d see White Men take complete control over this nation again overnight.

The main reason we are a dying society is because of J’ish influence over policy in and outside of government, giving important positions of all types to second rate non-Whites, women and scammy J’ws who all work to hold White men back. There’s a reason we dominated the world in every way back when merit and competence was all that mattered, it’s not a coincidence that Whites dominated all institutions in this nation at that time. J’ws will never allow that old system to come back, that would wreck all of their plans.
