Just wait until the backpay check clears, I'm sure Giz and ghostfox will see no problem with 50-year mortgages and will insist on letting everyone know.
Giz might be retarded in a lot of ways but economic philosophies is not one, and I'm sure he has been having conniptions about it wherever he is while quoting Jewish economists from a century ago about how to fix things.
