That's all the way in the Middle East though. I could see a bunch of towels scavenging it's construction site, then turning it into a post apocalyptic bazaar though. Or a Mad Maxhammad base for a terrorist raider gang

Yeah, but I doubt that they can even survive after three generations of growing obese on oil wealth and depending on indentured servants for everything. Maybe it'll be rediscovered after the desert becomes a grassland post-nuclear winter.
