I assume he's just posturing, but if someone, such as the white people he's targeting, felt differently...well, things get spicy. If he's not arrested for terroristic threats/calls to violence, it leaves people in an interesting situation.
They really don't want to just let us have sane law and order, do they? The rate things are going, and I'm not just talking this clip, vigilantism will become more widespread, and it would be understandable. Not good, but understandable.
If someone said something like that about my family, I'd do things to him that would render him both harmless and a great example of why you don't threaten people.
Random hole digging is good exercise, it's probably good to put into your routine semi-regularly.
You never know when you might need those muscles, or for it to be common knowledge that it's not unusual for you to dig perfectly harmless holes sometimes.
