At this stage, I feel like I will be taking measures to avoid giving them any money at this point - only buying second hand games/consoles, pirating or emulating anything else, and trying not to fund them any further through other ventures when I can avoid it. The switch 1 had a lot of good times, but it looks like those are coming to an end and fast.
And it may have been even bigger hubris then this sounds. I think I read somewhere that Nintendo might end up losing a lot of money from this fruitless lawfare, primarily in paying Pocketpair's legal fees. If they can redirect themselves, this may put them on the backburner for a while now.
If anyone can find anything to back up that memory, I would love to hear it.
As a life-long Nintendo fan, GOOD. They need to be humbled after all the stunts they've been pulling.
