Nothing about the lawsuit matters, and once its concluded its likely to barely be enforced by Nintendo themselves unless you bring it to their attention spectacularly (as most of the famous shutdown notices from them did right before).
This is just raw lawfare to destroy Palworld, either by direct lawsuit wins or simply draining their bank with court costs, because Palworld humiliated them in a massive fashion. I'm fairly certain even they aren't sure of the win, which is why they keep doing things that should lose them the case, but they have the money to get away with it.
