naturally, Google is suppressing grokipedia. when I search for it, the top result is Wikipedia's article on grokipedia, and the rest of the page is nothing but journalist articles on it.
I tried brave search, and brave is showing a bunch of fake websites, like grokipedia(dot)page and grokipedia(dot)fun.
is anyone able to get grokipedia to show up on any search engines at all?
UPDATE: Brave is now linking a tweet from Elon about grokipedia as the first result, with grokipedia showing up as the second result, followed by Wikipedia's entry on grokipedia.
Surprisingly, google is also showing grokipedia as the first result.
I don't know the current lay of the land but about 16 years ago Google and Twitter were having spats about who could use Twitter's API for search results and it ended with Google not being able to use them as they were.
There was some integration but not as much as was prevalent just before 2010.
There could be laws and agreements which prohibit the use of certain elements of X due to that. Or it could just be a wrangler dickmove to try and quell the number one source for more reliable information on the planet just now.
When Google starts noticing people searching on X before they search on its own platform we might see some changes. Until then, make sure you tell people about Grokipedia and share the love :)
