Who is Marty O'Donnell?
The composer of the original games made by Bungie, he stopped working on them when Bungie left Microsoft and made Destiny, then Bungie and Activision screwed him over completely and he retired
Also (according to his twatter feed) he's running for Congress against Susie Lee (NV congress creature).
Looking at her picture it looks like "the flood" looks a lot like a quintessential "Karen". She even has the dreaded Karen haircut.
Even before he was running for Congress he has been openly political for a number of years as a Right Winger, even back before he retired.
Probably a big reason why Bungie screwed him over and M$ won't bring him back for any Halo games.
I was rooting for him last year, unfortunately he didn't make it through the Republican primary for that particular House seat (and the guy who did beat him & the other Republican contenders ended up losing to this Susie Lee anyway). Hope he wins both the primary & the actual House election next year.
NV's 3rd Congressional district is a purple one according to Wikipedo, so much so that not only have all but the first of Lee's victories been by pretty narrow margins (~3% each time) but Trump actually won it last year, so it could conceivably be won by a strong enough Republican. Here's crossing my fingers that Marty's that Republican.

Damn straight, the OG Halo games have THE best soundtracks of ANY games of all time. I'd say "Change My Mind", but I don't think that's possible.

He did the soundtrack for the first year of Destiny 1, he was replaced when they made The Taken King DLC at the start of Year 2
And now I want to try to play Metal Wolf Chaos again. I only got through maybe three stages when I ended my first day on the game and haven't touched it since.
Only Japan could make a game so American.
