Yes, she started posting again last month, I think it was, after the FBI terminated the investigation with no results. Cost her and her husband a lot of money in legal fees, though, which was probably the point.
Hard to feel too bad for Chen & her Canuck husband even if one believes that it was partisan lawfare on behalf of Biden's DOJ.
They were getting paid something like 3/4 of a million dollars to LARP as media moguls and hand out 10s of millions in thinly disguised Russian monies for slop content to the likes of Tim Pool & Dave Rubin.
Though Rubin & Pool were the ones to ultimately come out on top, making 8 figures for a year's worth of slop content, escaping prosecution and suffering very little reputational damage to their already sellout profiles.
Chen & Donovan also managed to push out two hapa anchor babies while hanging out on work visas in the US of A, giving them more passport options to globetrot around with.
