Naughty Dog is a great example of how you don't even specifically need it to be just white dudes, you just need the meritocracy and gatekeeping to filter out the garbage otherwise.

Amy Hennig helped write some of the most phenomenal games in history (Soul Reaver), and she is the reason why Naughty Dog was able to go from mechanically amazing games to Jak 3 and then the Drake series that managed to be both well written and fun. She is the exception that proves the rule of how garbage most women devs and writers are, because clearly its possible for them to do better and they simply don't.

Its also one of the reasons why Druckmann goes so hard in his woke nonsense, because his literal rise from a nobody in the company to this "big name" was him backstabbing a white woman above him to get her to leave the company so he could take control and steal everything like the Jew he is.
