The Pembleton post was posted on 24 Oct 2025 and the post they are replying to says it's from 3 days ago. So it's 3 days before the 24th. Also it's from X not Facebook. So you could scroll that Blacksite's X feed

I mean if I was the bank, I'd IMMEDIATELY demand to know who the supposed representative was, when this happened etc if it isn't true.
Being silent about issues like this can be the same as admitting fault.
