Modern television is littered with one season wonders. The Boys, Stranger Things, Westworld. Even the fist season of Witcher had its moments. It’s like the second Hollywood does manage to make something good, the leftist vultures descend to takeover and ruin it.

The Witcher was never good. You must be referring to the first monster he slays, but even then the CGI to actor interaction was less than serviceable.
