I’m broadly pro life, but I would never force a woman to raise a rapist’s child. In the case of forced pregnancy, I view abortion as self-defense. Of course, a woman can lie about rape in order to justify abortion, in which case she becomes a murderer. A woman willing to kill her kid for convenience is also willing to lie. Hypothetically, if abortion were mostly banned but there was an exemption allowing the unborn kids of guys accused of a crime to be executed, the number of abortions wouldn't drop much at all and there would be a sudden epidemic of rapes by unidentified assailants.
