But they do have it the worst. Because they are the worst. They are treated with perfectly rational disdain because their behavior is, on average, the worst.

My experience is that they get a pass on their behavior. The so called 'taunts' are nearly all black, and no one does anything about them. The behavior of blacks is way worse in Japan than in Europe, 99% of blacks I saw in Japan were total idiots. I can in truth say that I encountered only one black who behaved normally when I was in Japan. The saving grace is that there are very few of them.
