I cannot tell you how often I'll see some black dude or sometimes woman talking loudly to themselves because they have one of those Bluetooth mics on. All the mailmen here do it. Always black. Same thing with the other guy's dog example. People in the city with dogs on no leashes and invariably black.
I’ve experienced a significant uptick in black female convenience store workers FaceTiming their own friends and family while running checkout. They simply must be loudly yapping at all times. Probably where the “talking during movies” stereotype comes from, too.
