It's about not being able to afford an ID. This argument should have been in your history book, or Govt 101 class. And, yet it's still not free IDs for everyone.
Who said anything about having an ID?
That's the basis of this argument. Go look. IDs have a cost, people can't afford this cost, therefore these people can't vote. Now add illegals voting, and you can see that the entire argent breaks down if IDs have no cost.
Oh I thought it was about gerrymandering.
That's just a bonus.
