There are a lot of boomers who grew up trusting the MSM and still trust them. And the younger communist footsoldiers are off being destructive and intimidating people, not standing around holding signs.

They don't care. Those are the words they need to get what they want, and when they want something else they use different words. How have you not caught on to this by now? Discussion with these people is not possible nor desirable.
Black bloc'ing up for that doesn't actually help their lies though. It's essentially just an extra "fuck you" to sanity itself.
They're not trying to "convince" you they're trying to intimidate you into compliance. And when direct violence won't work they go indirect (subversion, betrayal, sabotage).
