If he had personally painted or drew the AI images he generated, would that be more suggestive of his arsonist intentions?
Google searches can also be used to prove your intentions to commit crimes, so I don't have any complaints about a question asked to an AI prompt that could be construed as looking for a legal loophole in case he was caught. I've seen tons of retards done in over the years because their search history was filled with incriminating things like "how to hide bloodstains" and "drugs that can kill you quickly."
What if the had ChatGPT create a picture of a person throwing water on the flames to try and put them out saving a group of Red wood trees near by. I wonder if that would be used in court.
