That's because she's the percentage of women that think THEY are the main character and NOONE else matters.
As this woman preparing for pregnancy sounds...normal. Considering the changes to your body that it incurs, why not prepare your body for it and give your child a head start from conception?
People have forgotten (more like purposely ignore) what pregnancy actually does. Its not some sporting event, its bringing a human being into the world. It's not something to be taken lightly
Funnily enough pro athletes do a lot of things and involve a lot of research to prepare themselves for those physically demanding sporting event, and I doubt Claire would attack a pro athlete for posting a similar message.
I spent 9+ months intentionally preparing my body for pregnancy (plus years prior of a nutrient-dense diet). I will not be ashamed or feel guilty for having a smooth pregnancy experience while others haven’t. I do not consider myself merely “lucky” as I do not consider all of the effort I put in to be “luck”.
A complication-free pregnancy is no accident for most women. It’s intentionally prepared for.
I encourage researching how to prepare, applying said information, and sticking to the same effort throughout pregnancy. I use my platform for exactly this, knowing that most women’s bodies are not prepared for pregnancy, despite being designed for it.
the countless ways women have been made to fear pregnancy upsets me. you’ll never understand how clear it is that women’s bodies were made for this until you experience it yourself. sure, that diagram looks scary – but I’m at the end of the third trimester now (so I am literally the second diagram picture) and my only complaint has been getting out of breath faster and sore feet. I love being pregnant and I’m already looking forward to my next.

Crab bucket mentality. It's hardly just women.
It's not just preparing your child, it's preparing YOURSELF so you don't have a painful, struggle of a pregnancy.

Nobody hates women more than other older or less attractive women.
