I just had to revisit this post hours later because I feel that the sheer stupidity of it almost compels me to comment.

Imagine someone going up to you in the street and saying: 'You've got a 5 foot 3 to 5 foot 4 spirit'. And then finding that this idiot, almost certainly atheistic, probably doesn't even believe in the existence of such things as spirits and that it's just some metaphor for a perception of your character.

Now that I rewatch it... I'm laughing. I knew that AOC was an airhead, always waffling on about 'patriarchy', 'transphobia', and other such things, but I didn't realize that she was this imbecilic.

I have believed for years that AOC has a great chance of becoming the US President in 10 to 30 years time. When I look at her through the lens of some typical young White Leftist or some young non-white who has internalized their particular type of 'woke' Leftism, it is obvious that she is strong presidential material. Female, visibly brown, part-Sephardic but not particularly Zionist-sympathetic, constant social media presence, familiar with Left-Wing concepts, familiar with internet lingo. Ticks many of the right boxes. Many young people will growingly look up to her as a role model. She will be another president that America definitely doesn't need, but that it definitely deserves.
