When this game first went into development, there wasn't the swing back there is now, and it was far too late to go back and change it like GTA6 is doing.
Stop coping you retard. Nobody ever wanted this, it was always forced, and the pressure is just being let up to crank the ratchet of progress once more. nothing is stopping. the right side of the overton window is just being moved up to represent modern standards as yet more fights are lost and forgotten.
What cope are you taking about? I'm agreeing with you. Games take several years to develop, and development for this game began when the USAIDS bucks were still flowing. The woke cunts behind this thought they were advancing the line in the culture war by subverting a well-received game and turning it into another girlboss dyke game. Like how Warhorse subverted Kingdom Come Deliverance by turning it into a several hour humiliation ritual that debases straight white Christian males.
The cope is that things are improving, what you're talking about is just the right side of the overton window being shifted left with media that's tolerable and pretends not to hate the audience which will serve as the new baseline for non-communist/pc/"woke"(God, I hate that stupid sounding non-word) or whatever the new buzzword is and instead of objecting to faggots as a whole and the complete destruction of racial homogeneity people will cheer the "based" depiction of gay side characters who aren't just the gay token, and they'll be glad that for once Western civilization isn't being portrayed as the ultimate evil, even if 12th century Bavaria is portrayed as 30% black, 20% Asian, 40% racially ambiguous mutt, and 10% white(only the bad guys and useless losers).
I know nothing has changed culturally, not until every clown-haired commie is purged from every industry and every institution. What has changed though is companies aren't being subsidized force feed poison to the audience like they used to, so going forward they'll either have to start putting out content the audience actually wants, or they'll be bought out by the Saudis and Chinese (who will subsidize their own poison, but at least they'll serve it with a spoon full of sugar to help it go down)
