Like calling India and China "developing nations" which are basically exempt from needing to reduce CO2. So Canada's 1.6% must be reduced at any cost, but both India and China's 37% can grow all they like. In fact the "Paris Agreement" for the two are: India will start reducing after getting 2 Trillion (with a T) free money. China waved their Obama Agreement which allows them to double their CO2 output until 2030. Then they promise to start reducing!
Between the two? The amount they increase output every year is close to Canada's TOTAL output. Us dropping 20% or whatever arbitrary number is utterly meaningless.
