Not saying it's real, but I will push back on this specific part. I'm no expert, as I don't really use social media, but that looks like Facebook...which has your full name attached. So that part at least doesn't seem like a red flag.

Could also be normal text messages. If you have multiple people called Charlie in your contacts you're likely to use their full name to keep them apart. I know that's what I would do because I don't like giving my phone contacts nicknames.
