Anyone who still lives there after that is a fool who would happily comply with whatever slap in the face their government gives them, or an idiot who deserves to be abused as such.
You’re talking about leaving an entire country, not moving to some other house or state or whatever. A lot of people don’t even have a passport, not to mention their job, stability and their family is tied up where they currently are. Just leaving all of that behind is easier said than done, especially if you don’t have a substantial amount of money already saved away ready for a life changing move like that. Shit, most people in the U.S. are living paycheck to paycheck, idk if Aussies are dealing with the same dynamic, but if so, that’s going to make leaving near impossible for most of them. Leaving isn’t the solution, we shouldn’t run from our home just because a bully came into the picture and started fucking with us. We all know what the solution is, it’s our home and we have a right to protect our home from evil people who intend to harm us and our home. That’s the mindset we all better develop real soon because this shit doesn’t stop with Australia, it’s coming to every western nation, running isn’t an option.

And 5 years ago their country outright told them they will be rounded up and left to die for wrong think, and it was only by luck that the "pandemic" ended before they could continue down the path they were going.
They've already shown they aren't willing to fight back, so that part was already precluded from the options. Its not their home anymore, they ceded it years ago by giving up their guns. So they either accept the consequences of that shortsighted foolishness, or they leave to survive elsewhere.
If getting told your only options are to run or let yourself die because of cowardice is offensive, then you should be mad and use that to actually start fighting back.
