My dad is 95 and he looks waaaay better than Gates does, the guy's skin on his face looks like it's ready to be shed like a snake's.
Once Epstein died his connection to the blood of innocent children died with it.
No amount of money and technology can defeat the ravages that doing evil, and knowing it, will do on your body. You might live forever but you will always end up looking like Palpatine.
Physiognomy didn't come about from people just being racist, our caveman ancestors figured out that people developed these looks from doing bad things and it happened often enough to become instinctual knowledge.
