The NGOs are dying out simply by the US cutting of funding, and the rest of the world now realising the US will focus on themselves first for the next 11 years (as I honestly don't see the dems winning again till 2036) so investing in their own military.
The US is just shifting away from doing imperialism under the pride flag and back to the cross and American flag. It'll still be the same shit as always. The European shift toward more military spending is to counter muh Russia. It's completely stupid.
