Depends on the reason you felt like it. In this case I say a slow painful death is warranted but a man killing a disloyal wife, a habitual criminal, or foreign invader is justified
Killing a criminal has a reason, assuming there was killing due to the criminality in question. That isn't "you felt like it", that is a prompted response. Otherwise, the reason we eat, drink, shit, and sleep, is because "we felt like it". Yes, we did, but there is a clear prompt, and to reduce it to that makes discourse impossible with an infinite layers of "techknickally".
