I think we as a society are slowly coming around to the fact that we are far too lenient with criminals. I see much more outrage about these incidents than I used to, probably due to the easing of censorship on twitter. Let's hope the difficult conversations are had.
I think the judge gave the max sentence. It was the parole board of poindexters in this case. And possibly the prosecutor not knowing/explaining to the jury that a retarded guilty for assault and not guilty for murder wouldn't result in institutionalization. I suspect if he was not guilty for both, then he might still be in the luny bin. But chances maybe same for the "mental health professionals" of letting him out. Maybe this ridiculousness is needed to pass some law to prevent retarded juries giving split insanity rulings like this again.
That's the point I'm making. The judiciary and lawmakers are obviously lagging behind public sentiment, but it seems that most normal people are getting sick of living with criminals.

We as a society had nothing to do with it.
One poindexter fuck in a robe decided this.
And he's going to go home tonight and eat dinner like nothing's wrong.

He's probably going to get an increase in his bank account, too
Promotion, surely.

It will just lead to harsher punishments for white men committing precrimes such as being dissatisfied with immigration.
