That was tik tok and local social isolation. Social contagion and cluster effect has been repeatedly proven with women. There’s an entire global marketing strategy that developed around the cluster effect, Mary Kay and Tupperware were successful for decades because of it before the internet. Social media has made the cluster effect a nuclear warhead hellbent on global destruction.
