For Snopes it's pretty easy, the Biden wristwatch checking bit really exposed their bias. They couldn't admit they were wrong despite video evidence showing Biden continually checking his watch.
There's also a few watchdog organizations that monitor and report the biases of media.
And if the fact checker is notoriously bias a little Ad Hominem never hurts.
Once they labeled an accusation against Obama as "False" or "Mostly False" but then proceeded to "explain" that it was totally true, but the mean intentions behind those saying it made it false. Or some such drivel.
Other times they label things to favour the left based on the most inconsequential trivialities, on the level of what the definition of "is" is...
