It’s not been bought out YET.
Silver Lake has just expressed its intention to buy it out and the board has recommended it.
But the decision is with the shareholders (pretty much guaranteed unless some third party comes along and offers more (not unheard of in m&a world))
(also regulators could block an acquisition- but given trump’s son in law - probably wouldn’t)
