I watch this conspiracy porn for fun sometimes, but I've never seen them discuss why they believe the people orchestrating some complicated unknown scheme want people like this guy to believe it's a conspiracy.
"They" could have just claimed the patsy used a reasonable weapon so obviously it was part of the plan not just to take out Kirk but also to make guys like this sure it was a fake coverup. I think they know "...and they did it do drive a wedge between red-pill MAGA and trust-the-plan MAGA!1" is one step too far for their target audience.
A 30-06 not creating an exit wound when shot at a human neck is physically impossible. Winning the lottery isn't.
But that's exactly my point. "They" purposely told a story you believe is impossible so you're sure there's a cover-up. Why did they do that?
Have you forgotten the covid years? They told us lies that were easily disproven by going outside and trusting your own eyes and people still believed them.
There are plenty of reasons why this entire story might've gotten off the rails. We don't even know the reason as to why Charlie was killed and who actually killed him.
For covid they were trying to rig the election, that was the purpose of the lying. They told the covid lies intentionally to accomplish their goal.
So what are they telling this 30-06 story to accomplish?
