Do you think governments are appointed by God or something? The state is legitimated by its ability to exercise power. History is full of people who seized an opportunity to crown themselves kings and carve out kingdoms. All it takes is a projection of force and people who accept it. Get organized, get funded, get supporters, get guns. You and I and everyone else can make our own people's court if we have balls, brains and drive. States are not magic, they are human creations. Get inspired, get creative, make revolution. The world is built by people who read the writing on the wall and made it in their image. There is nothing infallible about the current world order. Lenin was a backwater nobody until he got it going.
Moreover, we have seen what happens when Feds dont have their ducks in a row before going for things like this, after what happened with the Diddy trial. So it is vitally important they have it locked down that people are guilty of the things they charge them with, doubly so due to the political nature of what the Left is becoming.
