China fudges their numbers way up and still can't beat out Japan which is hilarious. Also, the US is being dragged down by hallway chirp Americans.
If blacks were 12% population and 85 IQ (source) when the data was collected then the rest would be 99.1 - accounting for natives and such almost exactly the same as highest of Western countries like Canada/Australia/Germany/UK.
It's kind of remarkable how stable IQ is, even though I'd expect a nation of settlers to select for intelligence (have to be all-around capable) and also IQ tests at Ellis Island.
