Than giving anyone medicine against their wishes. Dunno about the (C)UK but here that's a stone cold crime.
Is it a crime? I thought it was a tort and falls under battery. It's very possible it's both.
At least in the state where I was taught yeah it's a crime.
Well it sounds like it happened in Saudi Arabia, so who knows how their laws treat this situation.
