Plenty of dumb kids buy into the feel-good motte platitudes of leftism without understanding the reality

Of course, a dumb kid also hasn't been around long enough to really build up any "guilt" through supporting it. They've barely voted, they have not had much time to infect anything outside their social circle of other dumb kids, and can be forgiven for naivety given they haven't had the time to see fruits from their own labors.

Someone who has had the time to actively observe the world and their effects upon it doesn't have that excuse.
