There is absolutely a co-ordinated military intelligence effort to spread division online by promoting hatred and violence. We know that the Chinese are a portion of it that won't be called out, we know that the Russians are doing it at least a little, and we know that Israel & Qatar want to promote their proxy conflict through the US.
Mixed with the fact that Reddit is training AI at this point, it may be to completely unhinge out political rhetoric for their benefit.
