Kash's investigation for murder on a train is federal and independent.

Prosecute now. Paging Pam Bondi.

Hopefully Kash sends a few agents to these judges that keep releasing him for accessory, and releasing them into their own businesses care. They may be immune at the state level, but not federal. Can't tell me they are unfit to stand trial. Might put some needed objectivity into this one.
