It's pretty obvious that they have this avenue of judgment packed exclusively with their own people; doctors, counselors, and bullshit social workers whose personal crusade is to get these parasites out of these treatment buildings and back onto the streets as quickly as possible as some form of reparations via compassionate exception. It's how we ended up in this mess to begin with.
